The ventilation fan shall be the Delta Breez model SLM50-100H, qualified under ENERGY STAR® and equipped with a high-efficiency brushless DC motor designed for continuous operation for a minimum of 70,000 hours. The fan shall deliver an airflow of 100 CFM with a maximum sound level of 0.9 sones at 0.1" static pressure, as certified by the Home Ventilating Institute (HVI). Power consumption shall not exceed 12.5 watts, providing an efficiency rating of 8.0 CFM/W at 0.1" static pressure. The unit shall include motor lock protection and feature a self-compensating motor speed to maintain the specified airflow under varying static pressure conditions. The fan shall be UL and cUL listed for use in tub/shower enclosures when connected to a GFCI-protected branch circuit.
